How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders in India are typically delivered in around 5-8 working days depending on shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). In some rare cases, it might take 2 weeks depending upon the availability of the product. In parts of Jammu Kashmir and North East India the delivery may take upto 10-12 working days.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

We provide free shipping on all Prepaid Orders, for all cash on delivery orders we charge Rs 99 as Cash on Delivery charges.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order once it is dispatched. An email will be sent with a tracking code and link to your mail Id. It you have any confusion you can email to us at serialchillerglobal@gmail.com.
